RCAM has worked with the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship to establish the Northeast State Community College / RCAM Group Registered Apprenticeship Program. This initiative enables RCAM to provide Advanced Manufacturing registered apprenticeships in partnership with regional employers to Build the 21st-Century Workforce. As the apprenticeship sponsor, RCAM provides the structure and processes for employers to take advantage of this proven workforce development model.
As an employer, the process is simple. Contact RCAM regarding your company's interest in exploring registered apprenticeship training. The RCAM staff will guide you through the process of becoming an Authorized Training Agent (ATA) in order to provide relevant on-the-job training for employees selected to enter apprenticeship training.
Modeled after a highly successful program in Washington State, RCAM Group Apprenticeship Programs offer employers a turn-key solution to their workforce development needs. For more information review the RCAM Apprenticeships Information Sheet or contact the program and services coordinator at 423-354-5275.
