RCAM / Northeast State Community College has partnered with the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) to provide training and certification for the Certified Production Technician (CPT) qualification. This initiative equips RCAM to provide training and certification for the entry-level Advanced Manufacturing workforce. As an MSSC-Authorized Assessment Center, RCAM provides the structure and processes for employers and individuals to take advantage of this proven workforce development tool.
As an employer, the process is simple. Contact RCAM regarding your company's interest in exploring the CPT as a workforce development strategy. The RCAM staff will work with you to develop a program that meets your specific needs. Also, you can take advantage of the newly registered Industrial Manufacturing Technician apprenticeship program which included the CPT as part of the related training and instruction.
