National Center for Construction Education Research (NCCER)

RCAM / Northeast State Community College has partnered with The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) to provide training as an Accredited Training and Education Facility (ATEF). This initiative equips RCAM to provide training and certification for the 21st-century industrial workforce. As an ATEF, RCAM provides the structure and training for employers and individuals to take advantage of this proven workforce development tool.

Employers

As an employer, the process is simple. Contact RCAM regarding your company's interest in exploring NCCER as a workforce development strategy. The RCAM staff will work with you to develop a program that meets your specific needs. Also, you can take advantage of the RCAM DOL registered apprenticeships which include NCCER certification as part of the related training and instruction.  

Individuals

As an individual looking to improve your position in the job market, NCCER provides an excellent way to position yourself for job opportunities. Contact RCAM regarding your interest in exploring NCCER as a skill development strategy. The RCAM staff will work with you to develop a program that meets your specific needs.
