What Does the Future Hold?

Learn what type of employee skills and knowledge local businesses and industries are likely to need in the next 5, 10, or 15 years. We can share labor data and statistics that project the types of jobs that will be in great demand in the near future. We also can tell you about the skills and knowledge you will need to possess or obtain to be qualified for these jobs. We also maintain listings of available job openings.

We are fortunate to have many schools, colleges, and universities in the region that offer programs to help residents meet their training and educational goals. If you know what type of career you want, we can help you find the right place to obtain the training and education you need to prepare for that new career.

Financial Aid

Many people don't realize just how much financial aid is available. Some folks know about financial aid, but are frustrated or intimidated by the paperwork required to apply for this aid. If you would like assistance in locating aid and/or completing the application process for this aid, please let us help you.

We offer a variety of workshops to assist you in preparing for your future. Topics include behavioral interviewing, resume writing, soft skills, job search techniques, and returning to work.
